California-native Jackie Nguyen spent 10 years of her life in New York City as a music theater performer. When the pandemic introduced an unexpected move to Kansas City, Jackie found herself feeling starved for a diverse community. And thus was born Cafe Cà Phê -- KC's first ever Vietnamese coffee shop.
